This is a myth that comes from the complete misinterpretation of a study done about 15 years ago.

Caffeine and creatine are completely fine to take together. In fact, creatine was mixed and dissolved in tea and coffee in the original research that showed how well creatine worked!

So go ahead had have caffeine and creatine together if you like.

This video won't load for me either. I get an exclamation mark in the middle of the screen after clicking play.

It\'s still not working for me. The screen doesn\'t even come up now on creatine and also the protein video.
