These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you and Phantom Storm Investments, Inc (“Adonis Lifestyle”).

The Adonis Lifestyle Web Site is comprised of http://www.AdonisEffect.com, http://www.AdonisLifestyle.com and their constituent web pages and various other web sites, URLs and Web pages operated by Adonis Lifestyle..

The Adonis Lifestyle Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

Adonis Lifestyle reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site. All changes shall be effective and deemed accepted by all users upon posting of such changes on the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site. That version will then apply to all use by you following the date of publication. Each access of information from Adonis Lifestyle will be a separate, discrete transaction based on the then prevailing terms. These Terms of Use and the license granted by it may not be assigned or sublet by you without Adonis Lifestyle's advance written consent.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Use of the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site requires the payment of a monthly subscription service. Each user agrees to pay to Adonis Lifestyle a monthly subscription fee, in advance, via Pay Pal, credit card or other method from time to time established by Adonis Lifestyle, for each month’s use of the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site. Each user authorizes Adonis Lifestyle to automatically debit the payment source or mechanism associated with his or her registered account for each monthly subscription fee. Monthly subscription fees are not refundable for any reason. Automatic debits shall continue unless the user terminates the subscription in accordance with these uerms and conditions.

Adonis Lifestyle may from time to time establish special promotional thirty day “trial offers”, in its discretion, on such terms and conditions as may be posted on the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site. Adonis Lifestyle may provide access to or use of thirty day promotional or trial offers using promotion codes, coupons , credits or other mechanisms, in its sole discretion. Promotional or trial offers may be modified or terminated at any time, in Adonis Lifestyle’s discretion, and will in any case be limited to one offer per user. At the end of any thirty day promotional or trial offer, the user’s credit card or Pay Pal account will automatically be debited for each subsequent monthly subscription period, and such automatic debits shall continue unless the user terminates the subscription during the thirty day trial period, in accordance with the terms and conditions for termination on the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site.

Promotional or trial subscriptions provide the user to access to limited portions of the Adonis Lifestyle Web site. The entire Adonis Lifestyle Web site will be made available only to users paying the complete monthly subscription fee for a given month.
From time to time, Adonis Lifestyle may provide its members with access to offers or promotions made available by or from third parties. If a Adonis Lifestyle member provides an e mail address or other information to such a third party, Adonis Lifestyle will not be responsible for the use of the information so provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full Subscription:
Adonis Lifestyle members with a full subscription have the right to cancel their subscription and receive a full refund for the first payment by submitting timely notice of cancellation within the first 60 days from the original purchase date. The original purchase date is the date that a Adonis Lifestyle member agreed to purchase their membership within the Adonis Lifestyle shopping cart.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call 919-809-6966.  Your right to receive a refund will only be granted if you timely submit your request and Adonis Lifestyle issues an RMA in accordance with the requirements and procedures established for an RMA.
If you are a monthly subscriber, to cancel after the initial 60 cancellation right has expired, a member must contact Customer Service via This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call 919-809-6966 at least 72 hours prior to the next recurring billing date established with the member’s credit card provider.  Only cancellations effected within this timeframe will be effective. Notice of cancellation after the 72 hour cut-off will effect cancellation for the next succeeding month. In such cases, the member shall be responsible for payment of the succeeding month and will have no right to stop payment or backcharge for that month.
Example: If the recurring billing date is on the 15th of each month, and a cancellation notice is delivered on the 14th  of that month, the account will be billed on the 15th  of that month and will be cancelled effective the 15th of the following month.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of Adonis Lifestyle and Adonis Lifestyle is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Adonis Lifestyle is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. Adonis Lifestyle is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Adonis Lifestyle of the site or any association with its operators.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site, you warrant to Adonis Lifestyle that you will not use the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Adonis Lifestyle has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Adonis Lifestyle reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Adonis Lifestyle reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Adonis Lifestyle reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Adonis Lifestyle's sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Adonis Lifestyle does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Adonis Lifestyle specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

Adonis Lifestyle reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. GENERAL To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Gwinnett County, Georgia, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site. Use of the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Adonis Lifestyle as a result of this agreement or use of the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site. Adonis Lifestyle's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Adonis Lifestyle's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site or information provided to or gathered by Adonis Lifestyle with respect to such use.
 
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Adonis Lifestyle with respect to the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Adonis Lifestyle with respect to the Adonis Lifestyle Web Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.

You agree to treat as strictly private and confidential any Subscriber Code, username, user ID, or password which you may have received from Adonis Lifestyle, and all information to which you have access through password-protected areas of Adonis Lifestyle's Website and will not cause or permit any such information to be communicated, copied or otherwise divulged to any other person whatsoever.
