Last night I was thinking about John and Brad's honest question......What are my expectations from nutrition/adonis meals/stealth...?
I think maybe I found my answer.
I need 90 recipes for breakfast, 90 recipes for lunch and 90 recipes for dinner.
All these recipes should have the following ratio:-
Protiens(approx. 49%):Carbohydrates(approx.30%):Fat(approx. 19%)
(I hope you guys will appreciate the hidden golden proportion in the above ratios

Calories depend on how much I eat....so that is my variable.
As long as anything I eat meets the above rule atleast I know that I am eating the right quality.
One catch to this challenge is that it should not contain usage of any synthetic supplement/protien powders etc.etc.
I would prefer if 10 percent of these recipes are vegetarian.....yep that's right no eggs either........because I am picking up a lot of vegetarian girls nowadays
Give me these recipes certified by you and I don't want my refund for the adonis meal plans.
