I appreciate the feedback and it's very valuable as we consider everything that gets written in here.

I guess underneath it all is the point that there is simply no magic to nutrition.

It really just comes down to calories in vs calories out for weight loss...that's it. And for muscles building it's completely irrelevant.

But since nobody wants to accept that and just roll with it, we're kind of in an awkward position. I don't really want to say anything about nutrition beyond calories in vs out...

It's kind of like a catch 22. There is nothing left to be said after this, but still people have more questions (but the question doesn't matter as the answer is always the same)...so this is everything we got. I understand that it's a pile of info and definitely spans the spectrum, but there really is no other logical thing to do at this point.

I suppose the only other thing I could do is write an entire book about the reasons why the answer always comes down to calories in vs out.

maybe that might actually be worth writing and reading!?

Now that ruggy has spilled out the beans.......Let me cut some meat.

Last night I was thinking about John and Brad's honest question......What are my expectations from nutrition/adonis meals/stealth...?

I think maybe I found my answer.

I need 90 recipes for breakfast, 90 recipes for lunch and 90 recipes for dinner.

All these recipes should have the following ratio:-

Protiens(approx. 49%):Carbohydrates(approx.30%):Fat(approx. 19%)

(I hope you guys will appreciate the hidden golden proportion in the above ratios )

Calories depend on how much I eat....so that is my variable.

As long as anything I eat meets the above rule atleast I know that I am eating the right quality.

One catch to this challenge is that it should not contain usage of any synthetic supplement/protien powders etc.etc.

I would prefer if 10 percent of these recipes are vegetarian.....yep that's right no eggs either........because I am picking up a lot of vegetarian girls nowadays

Give me these recipes certified by you and I don't want my refund for the adonis meal plans.

What you are asking for doesn't exist anywhere on the net or in any cookbook in the world. You'll have to create those on your own. (I'm sure our meal plans have some recipes similar to this and with the substitution charts you can build a fair bit of these with some mixing and matching)

Can I ask what is the significance of the ratios? Or are you just joking?

If this isn't a joke, then you might as well request a refund.

What is the Personalized Nutrition Program? Is this the meal program in each of the nutrition manuals, or is it something else all together? I'm only asking because in the "Your 10 Steps for Success" it states to "read your Personalized Nutrition Program from pages 1-13". Am I meant to simply read through the first 13 days of meal plans, or is there material from this program that I am missing, because I have nothing in my package titled as "Personalized" Nutrition Program. Any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks!

Just as an aside... I'm actually adding another video lesson in the package on assembling a "Stealth" type program for yourself.

This will show you exactly how to approach it, what to consider, and what mine program looks like and why.

This should top everything off for you. You'll have the base level knowledge of all the different styles and then be able to assemble them together to create a true "lifestyle" diet.
