PS you don't even need to look like a super model to win the contest anyway. All that matters is progress. How much have you managed to change comparing start of 12 weeks to end of 12 weeks. Super fat dude who loses 100 lbs has more chance to win than already 98% ripped guy who looks 99% ripped on his 'after' picture

I agree with this. Fat guys actually have a bit of an advantage in contests...as in, it's WAY easier to see progress even if the numbers (AI score, for example) don't move too much (as shoulders get leaner, they lose fat and therefore inches, etc...so AI score moves slowly for fatter guys due to fat being lost all over the body...shoulders AND waist.).

Oh sorry then, the only Himmler I knew was a bad guy, was just curious why you'd put him in your title lol

That's the only one I know too lol. As you can probably guess, Jewish people 'love' asking me about it. My great-great grandfather was German. I'm mostly Haitian. Still trying to figure out the whole story

To Seeker - You're right. you looked amazing in your final picture.

This is a good time to tell you guys that I'm 21 and have an ectomorphic body type. I fell into the build and burn category. I would've reached build in 4 weeks if I stuck with it. Neither I nor anybody I know would consider me fat, but according to the chart I had a few pounds to lose.

I Have a major test to study for so I'm not going to the gym today like I wanted to. I'm off to a great start. I'm the worst procrastinator ever, really.

Well, as long as you train tomorrow or so and get all your work done by the end of the week it doesnt matter. Sometimes I'll have to drop a planned workout due to circumstances but I'll always compensate it some other day.

And I didn't really mean fat as in super fat; just in general progress will be easier to see if there's still any fat to lose. Which is true for 99% of us anyway

X2 With Dee Dee. As long as you make it up it shouldn't be an issue. I move workouts around from time to time. With that said my friends and family know that my workouts are a non-ngotional thing and wont ask me to skip one for something that is not earth shattering.

x1. go back to the gym
2. listen to the interviews with the winners.
3. start going through the bundle
x4. start the nutrition program

2/4 lol. This nutrition crap is so hard to start. It's so confusing and I can't cook. Thanks for the posts guys. I had the great idea of moving my intervals from separate days to my workout days, so I'm in the gym 4 days a week instead of six. less room for error!! It's confusing trying to balance this all with karate on top of it, but I'm getting there. Perhaps I should take another week off just to PREPARE myself for the coming 12 weeks? Spend time fully reading the Nutrition material, decide what foods I'm going to buy and eat, this sounds like a much better idea. What do you guys think?
