Leg day today. Not my favorite day of the week.
I'm going to have to move up to barbell deadlifts (my gyms DB's only got to 75)
The entire workout felt strong. It was a good day in the gym.
Quick story.
This past weekend I had my kids. My ex dropped them off at my place I was hauling there gear into my place and I "caught" her giving me the once over. The look on her face was damn what did I let get away.
My oldest son was like "Damn Dad you got bigger since Tuesday." It's inspired him to take his weights class more seriously.
