Note: My ideal measurements are:

Waist: 30-31" (30.17" to be exact)
Shoulders: 48.5" (1.6 is perfect)
Chest: 42-43 at Nipple (1.4 is perfect)

Ok, this is when I began the Adonis Training Program (Around November 3, I think...whenever the competition began).

Weight: 201lbs (91kg)
Chest: 42" (41 at nipple)
Shoulders: 51
Waist: 41
Chest-to-waist (at larger part of chest): 1.024
