TOPIC: Questions that arise while you're in the program

There is a section called Adonis Abs in the video section. But there is no exercises focused on only the abs in the workout-pdf's. Does that mean we are to do these exercises where we see fit? When do we integrate the abs?

#2
The same goes for Adonis Core, what's this?

#3
When I received my program, it included 3 different nutrition pdf's for every category. Could you elaborate a bit on the difference between them and which one to choose?

#4
When I have completed the third cycle and made it through 12 weeks, will an e-mail tick in with more exercises?

#5
This one is a bit stupid, but here goes: For every day the workouts are split in two (referring to the workout-pdf's)... They're divided by a line that says AI. Is this just for the sake of appearance?, or does it mean "have a large break before you go to the next ones", or *fill in random*?

I live outside of the U.S, that means I had some fun converting from cm to feet and then to inches and so on...anyways that wasn't a problem, I found the calculator on the web-page a bit later on But when using the forms, it would be great if you implemented centimetres. You are focusing world wide, right?

That leads me to my last question:

Since I don't live in the states, I am not familiar with all of your "cups" and oz's (ounce?). And I don't fancy paying $127 for a personal nutrition program more suited for me, and just maybe calculated in kilos (kg)?. No offense, but no.

So I'm kind of living my own life nutrition wise I bought some protein, creatin and some D-ribose (Norwegian name?) to assist my regular nutrition. So to my question, will my effect of the program be so much lower that I have to do some of the days over? I guess your answer will be in the lanes of: it will only take you a tad longer to reach your goal(?), but anyways, now we have the question out there...

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Maybe this can be a thread that keeps on going?... if, you'd be kind enough to answer them. Because no question is to stupid right?

Alrighty.... here's MY answer... to the questions that apply to me...

Question 2: AdonisCORE is a program that I'm putting out that gives men the fundamentals of taking your life to the next level... it has nothing to do with "Abs"... lol. This course (that you guys get for free) goes over some POWERFUL research that I've seen on first impressions, diagnosic bias, value assumptions, and much, much more.

It goes into why people make irrational decisions as welll.

We'll also expand the material as it relates to dating, relationship management, business relationships, etc...

Basically, it's next level thinking... and the content is seriously different than what most people have ever seen.

John's got the rest...

Thats a bunch of questions so here goes (brad is going to answer #2 for you)

A #1: The abs pdf is in the resources section. Add these exercise to the program wherever you like.

A #3: The nutrition programs are divided by height and calorie content. We did this because height is the closest correlation to lean body mass. Therefore your height determines which program to use. The instructions and calculations for this should be in your master manual program in the nutrition section.

A #4: After completing the third cycle you should be using a rage workout to change pace for a couple weeks then start the program again. Check your waist to height measurement to see if you've change categories.

A #5: There are no stupid questions. The line with the AI is simply indicating that the exercises in that section directly influence your shoulder measurement of the AI ratio. The exercises above are part of your whole body exercises that work all of your other muscle groups.

A #6: Nutrition will always be important to maintaining a lean body. There's no other way to say that. The nutrition guides are the best I know of, but you can certainly do it on your own. For some people nutrition/diet isn't a problem, but we included every resource we could in the program. That is where the personalized programs come in.

I've just completed developing a line of supplements that I will be making available to everyone here at adonis lifestyle. I'll keep you all posted when they're ready.

Oh... and on the topic of measurements...

We'll see what we can do with a transition to the metric system for the nutrition manuals...

For the AI calculator, it really doesn't matter, since AI is a ratio and the units are stripped out... so you could use MILES or KILOMETERS if you really wanted to... or millimeters.

That was many good answers. Glad I asked them, I feel so much wiser now
Tomorrow is day 3 of my program! Thanks you guys

edit:
to A #4: I had a look on the Rage pdf, looks interesting enogh! Since it was the first time I saw it, another question arose from it.
I quote:
A #4: After completing the third cycle you should be using a rage workout to change pace for a couple week[...]
But in the Rage pdf it says:
[...]Adonis Index Workout: 8 weeks (two 4 week cycles)
Rage Workout #1 Fibonacci Pyramids: 2 weeks[...]

Should I follow the pdf, or should I follow you? I'm nagging about a 4 week difference, I know... but I only want the best thing for my self

Follow the program as written for now. Once you've completed a full 12 week cycle (including the rage workouts in between) then you can mix it up, you could even progress to doing 2 weeks of rage in between each 4 week AI workout cycle.
